We are a family-run 4-star hotel with a top-notch team in the beautiful Kaunertal. We stand out for our genuine warmth, family-like atmosphere, and passion for our work. This is something not only our guests but also our employees experience here. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Manager (m/f/d) to start on November 1, 2026. We’re seeking someone with experience and expertise who is eager to make a difference and brings warmth, openness, reliability, and fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements
What sets you apart: Completed vocational training; experience in similar positions; excellent professional service knowledge and good wine knowledge; a prudent and goal-oriented approach to work; flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure; a team player with leadership qualities; business-minded thinking and action
Continuing education and training
Wine sommelier training
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
