The Rauriserhof is a family-run business through and through. Now in its third generation, we have been welcoming guests to our hotel for 70 years. We are especially proud of our many regular guests who return to us year after year. We are able to do this only thanks to the excellent work of our staff.
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
• Completed vocational training and professional experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• You enjoy hosting and working in a family-run business
• Very good German language skills
• Friendly and warm demeanor
What will your role be within the team?
• You will manage your own service station, including payment collection
• You’ll handle mise en place tasks together with the team
• Taking orders
• Serving food and beverages
• Coordinate service operations with the commis de rangs
• Recording and processing all receipts at your station
• Adherence to quality standards
Experience
4 years of work experience
1 year of leadership experience
Continuing education and training
Knowledge of HACCP
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English B2 (good intermediate level)
Computer skills
Micros (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
