YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Preparing fresh and locally sourced foods
Creative inspiration for the daily changing evening menu
Assisting the chef de partie at the respective station
Guest service that embodies our company’s DNA: HOSPITALITY, FRIENDLINESS, WARMTH
Maintenance of the cold storage facility and the goods
Inventory Control
Assist the kitchen staff with all necessary tasks
Monitoring and compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING
Successful completion of vocational training as a chef
Professional experience is a plus
An eye for industry trends

Good knowledge of German

Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
