Description
For the Lürzerhof, we are looking for a dedicated Front Office Manager (m/f/d) to start this coming winter season, who will lead our reception team with passion, professionalism, and organizational skills.
As Front Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, colleagues, and the various departments within the hotel. Together with your team, you’ll ensure that operations at the front desk run smoothly, continuously refine our standards, and make sure our guests feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the very first moment.

Requirements
Several years of experience in a front-office role, ideally with leadership responsibilities
Excellent command of German, good command of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Strong service and hospitality mindset, solution-oriented thinking
Organizational skills, ability to handle pressure, and a confident demeanor
A team player with clarity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
Experience
3 years of work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
