We’re looking for a dedicated sous chef to join the Lürzerhof starting this winter season—someone who will support our head chef and work with the team to create culinary highlights.
Your responsibilities:
Assisting with the management and organization of the kitchen team
Ensuring our high quality standards
Helping to creatively design the menu
Ordering supplies and managing inventory
Training and motivating the team

Requirements
Completed training as a chef and several years of experience in fine dining
Excellent written and spoken German
A passion for high-quality cuisine and a love of creative food preparation
Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work
Team spirit, leadership skills, and the ability to assert oneself
High standards of quality and hygiene
Ability to handle pressure, flexibility, and a willingness to take on responsibility
Experience
3 years of work experience
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
