Requirements
Requirements: - Completed vocational training as a hotel professional or commercial vocational training - At least 3 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry - A knack for sales - Good computer/IT skills - Proficiency in using Casablanca - Ability to work in a team, guest-oriented approach, leadership skills, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, communication skills - Very good German language skills (C1/C2) - Fluent English language skills (B2/C1)
Main responsibilities of the position include: - Welcoming guests in a friendly manner, checking guests in and out, accepting reservations, managing guest records, and maintaining online booking portals; providing information on offers, schedules, and tourist attractions; handling suggestions and complaints professionally

German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
Casablanca (Very good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
