At the 4-star Hotel Das Alpenland in Obertauern, we combine a modern Alpine lifestyle, warm hospitality, and high quality. We’re looking for people to join our team who share these values with dedication and enthusiasm.
As a part-time receptionist, you’ll cover days off (fixed days to be arranged) and ensure that everything runs smoothly at the front desk. You’ll be responsible for check-in and check-out and will assist with reservations.

Your Responsibilities
Check-in & Check-out
Receiving and processing inquiries about offers and reservations
Point of contact for our guests
Preparing the morning newsletter and menu
Collaborating with all departments in the hotel
What You Bring to the Table
A passion for working with guests and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
Some experience working at the front desk
Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
A professional demeanor, honesty, and punctuality
A positive attitude that enriches the team
Experience
1 year of work experience
< 1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
MS Outlook (Good knowledge)
MS Word (Good knowledge)
Gastrodat (Basic knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2500 € gross / month
Pay is based on a 40-hour workweek and is determined by the number of hours worked. We are willing to pay a higher rate depending on qualifications and experience.
