YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Personalized service and advice for guests in our lobby bar, which was redesigned in 2017
Preparing Cocktails and Other Beverages
Professional Wine Service
Guest service that fully embodies our company’s DNA: HOSPITALITY(!), FRIENDLINESS(!), and WARMTH(!)
Advising guests on their beverage choices
Assistance during the evening service at the restaurant
Employee leadership and training.
Orientation for new employees, temporary staff, and trainees.
Ensuring a smooth service process.
Quality Control and Assurance.
Responsibility for Cleanliness and Cleaning
Ordering beverages and equipment, as well as conducting the annual inventory in collaboration with our restaurant manager
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING
Completed training in the restaurant or hospitality industry and several years of professional experience in a similar position are required.
Excellent subject-specific knowledge in the areas of spirits, wine, coffee, and tea
We require perfect German and a good command of English
A friendly, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance

Bar Manager (m/f/d)
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
