About the role
DescriptionNo "front-of-house cooking" in front of guests
Split shifts (mornings and evenings)
Daily preparation of the mise-en-place for the breakfast buffet
Daily preparation of food for the breakfast buffet
Assistance with food preparation (e.g., salads, appetizers) for hotel guests staying on a meal plan (no à la carte)
Neat and responsible handling of food
Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
6-day workweek, 48 hours
Relevant vocational training or practical experience in the hotel and restaurant industry
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
Strong flexibility, ability to work well in a team, and resilience
Passion for the profession
Experience
2 years of work experience
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
