Responsibilities
Independent management of the processes at your workstation
Food preparation with a focus on pizza and Italian cuisine
Preparation (Mise en Place) for a Smooth Service
Ensuring and monitoring food quality
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Requirements
Experience in Austrian and international cuisine
Punctuality, good time management, speed
