“Feine Leite” is what they say in the Ötztal when you’ve found the right people. And that’s exactly what we’re looking for! We’re a 5-star hotel—always innovative, but never pretentious. The Central is owned by the Sölden Ski Lift Company and is managed by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl.

Preparation and Cooking of Side Dishes
Knowledge of the menu and how the dishes are prepared
Preparing recipes in accordance with the head chef's standards
