About the role
DescriptionCreating and editing quotes, as well as processing reservations
Posting of deposits and processing of cancellation fees
Maintaining and managing room rates in the system
Creating and calculating package deals and customized offers
Professional handling of customer complaints and grievances
Close collaboration with the front office
Supporting the reservations manager and, in the future, taking on deputy responsibilities
Requirements
Several years of experience in reservations, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry
Ideally, knowledge of Re:Guest and Gastrodat
Strong numerical skills and business acumen
Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a strong service orientation
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience
2 years of work experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
