Are you a morning person who loves to cook and enjoys making sure our guests start their day with a really good breakfast?
At the Gaspingerhof****Superior in Gerlos, we want to offer our guests a breakfast right from the start of the day that they’ll remember.
That's why we're looking for you to join us as a breakfast chef (m/f/d) —someone who is reliable, independent, and loves to cook.
Here's what you can expect
Your workday starts at 6:00 a.m. —even before the first guests arrive for breakfast.
Together with our kitchen team, you’ll prepare everything needed for a great start to the day and make sure our breakfast buffet is ready on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation and Setup of Our Breakfast Buffet
Preparation of hot breakfast items such as egg dishes, bacon, and sausages
Preparation of bread, pastries, spreads, and a selection of sausages and cheeses
Preparation of custom egg dishes according to guests' preferences
Ongoing monitoring, restocking, and replenishment of the buffet
Attractive presentation and ensuring the quality of our food
Mise en Place and Preparations for the Next Day
Compliance with our hygiene and HACCP standards
Cleanliness and order throughout the entire work area
Close collaboration with the kitchen and service staff
What You Bring to the Table
You enjoy cooking and like to work independently and in an organized manner.
Ideally, you have experience as a cook or in a similar position in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Even more important to us are reliability, a commitment to quality, and a passion for good food.
You work neatly, think proactively, and know what needs to be done. Good preparation is especially crucial in the morning.
And here's something really important: Starting work at 6:00 a.m.? No problem for you. That way, you'll still have plenty of the day left after your shift.
