About the role

Description
As a maintenance technician at Gut Sonnberghof, you’re the one who keeps things running smoothly—the on-site problem-solver. You ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and are an indispensable part of our hotel operations.
With your technical expertise, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel completely at ease. You anticipate challenges before they arise, roll up your sleeves to help out, and keep a cool head even during hectic moments.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance and upkeep of technical systems and the building
Support the team with renovations, technical projects, and day-to-day hotel operations
Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness throughout the hotel and on the grounds
Luggage service and shuttle service for our guests
Performing necessary repairs
House and garden maintenance
Window cleaning and general cleaning
Farm work

Requirements
Experience or completion of a trade or technical apprenticeship (e.g., electrical, plumbing, heating, construction)
A sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Common sense and manual dexterity
Team spirit, initiative, and a passion for keeping things in order
Experience
2 years of work experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Mobility
Driving license B
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
