Here's what to expect
You lead our service team with passion and a broad perspective. Together, you ensure that our guests enjoy a relaxing and delightful evening.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership, Motivation, and Professional Development of the Service Team
Organization of Daily Service Operations
Creating Work Schedules
Active Participation in the Restaurant
Point of Contact for Guests and Employees
Ensuring Our High Quality Standards
Close collaboration with the kitchen and front desk
What You Bring to the Table
You are passionate about hospitality and lead by example. You value teamwork, keep a clear head even in challenging situations, and know how to motivate people.
Ideally, you have experience in a similar position and are eager to work with your team to get a little better every day.

Requirements
Head Waiter (m/f/d)
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German Mother tongue
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

What we offer
Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
3800 € gross / month
6 days a week—willing to pay above the standard rate depending on your qualifications
