Description
Do you love food and enjoy being creative in the kitchen, using regional ingredients to cook great dishes for our guests? Do you enjoy being in the kitchen just as much in the morning as you do in the evening, and is it no problem for you to run the kitchen on your own during the afternoon shift—handling not only the mise en place but also preparing the small menu yourself? Requirements
This makes you a perfect fit for us
Completed training as a chef or initial professional experience in a restaurant kitchen
A passion for cooking and creative ideas for food presentation
Ability to work well in a team, resilience, and the ability to work independently
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility when handling food
Willingness to work split shifts, on weekends, and on holidays
Knowledge of standard hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Good command of German
Experience
1 year of work experience
< 1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
German A2 (basics)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
