Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Assisting our pastry team with daily production
Helping with cakes and pastries —our selection is like a small pastry shop
Preparing and making pralines and chocolates
Helping with production for our in-house shop, “Rösslerei”
Assisting with the preparation of Austrian classics such as Kaiserschmarren and Salzburger Nockerl
General preparation and cleaning tasks in the pastry kitchen
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Experience in fine dining or the hospitality industry is a plus
