About the role

Description
Responsibilities:
Preparing all egg dishes à la minute
Implementation of a weekly rotating breakfast special
Preparing and plating various platters (sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, etc.)
Preparing the daily staff meal (lunch)
Evening support three days a week as part of split shifts (e.g., mise en place, plating, simple dishes)
Ensuring order, hygiene, and HACCP standards in the breakfast area

Requirements
Professional experience in the kitchen is a plus
Ability to work independently and maintain a clean work environment
Reliability & punctuality
Ability to work in a team
Organizational skills
Ability to handle stress during peak hours
Awareness of product quality & hygiene (HACCP)
Willingness to work split shifts in the evening
Experience
2 years of work experience
Language skills
German A2 (basics)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
