About the role

Starting for the upcoming 2026/2027 winter season—Seeking a sous chef for the winter and summer seasons!
We are looking for a suitable team player with leadership qualities to join our company. Work alongside our executive chef and bring your own ideas and vision to life in the hotel restaurant.
What’s required? Providing assistance and support within the team and as the head chef’s deputy, cooking at a 4-star hotel level, and collaborating on menu planning and shift scheduling. Occasionally, you’ll also handle purchasing and hygiene inspections. We expect a respectful attitude not only toward food but, above all, toward our colleagues. A positive working atmosphere is an essential requirement.
What do we offer in return? Support with daily operations and regular working hours. A salary to be negotiated—which always sounds good—we’ll find a mutually agreeable solution. Room and board (yes, we really do have great accommodations—a 2-room apartment with cooking facilities, shower/toilet) provided free of charge, along with free Wi-Fi and the Paznaun CREW Card, which offers several benefits.
