Haus Jausern is a family-run design hotel with 31 rooms in Saalbach. We combine a stylish ambiance with modern fine dining and genuine, warm hospitality.
To strengthen our team for the upcoming summer season—and ideally on a long-term basis—we are seeking a motivated commis de rang who enjoys providing service and wishes to develop their skills in a challenging environment.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Independently assist the Chef de Rang in attending to guests
Preparing for and following up on service (mise en place)
Serving food and beverages
Attentive and friendly service for our guests
Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the service area
Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team
What you bring to the table
Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry or equivalent professional experience in service
Interest in fine dining and wine
Willingness to learn and motivation for professional development
Very good German language skills (English is a plus)
Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
Professional demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with guests
Attention to detail and a genuine hospitality mindset
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
