Description
We are looking for a motivated sole cook for our family-run ***hotel in Obertauern.
You’ll treat our hotel guests—who can choose from a 3-course menu (with a salad bar)—to delicious meals, delight our à la carte guests, and prepare lunch for the ski school children and our staff. Our guests appreciate good Austrian cuisine, and you’ll prepare all the dishes with a small kitchen team.

Requirements
Half-board (3-course set menu with salad bar): Prepared as a team (with a second chef/kitchen assistant)
A la carte menu development (evening and lunch menus to be coordinated) and preparation
Lunch for ski school children (approx. 7 weeks during the season), staff meals, and meals for the family
Christmas/New Year’s Eve menu
Kitchen procedures (inventory management, HACCP, etc.)
Ensuring the highest quality and consistency of dishes
Dedicated collaboration within a small kitchen team to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
Compliance with hygiene regulations
Experience
5 years of work experience
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
