HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ASSISTANT

During your training, you will receive comprehensive training in the areas of organization, administration, and guest services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Correspondence with our guests - General office work and management of room assignments - Personal contact with and care for our guests
- Top-notch cashiering and customer service- Social media & marketing- Experience in many other exciting areas of responsibility
By rotating through various departments—such as front office, back office, and customer service—you’ll receive comprehensive training and become an indispensable professional for the future.

YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR AN APPRENTICESHIP
📕Successful completion of compulsory schooling
📕German required; basic knowledge of English
📕Friendly, courteous, and communicative demeanor
📕A willingness to learn and strong motivation for this apprenticeship trade
📕We warmly welcome career changers, those seeking retraining, and holders of the Austrian Matura looking to pursue an apprenticeship!
The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years. Credit towards apprenticeship duration may be possible through the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce.
