Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie:
Responsibilities:
Together with the entire kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a culinary experience of the highest caliber
Ensuring the highest quality of food
Cleaning and organizing the work area
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Cost-effective preparation of ingredients
Monitoring inventory levels and assessing needs
Assisting with the development of the menu
Contributing creative ideas
If you have the appropriate qualifications, managing your own station will also be part of your responsibilities

Requirements
Proficiency in German or English
Ability to work flexibly and independently
Willingness to learn and dedication
Friendly interaction with our employees and guests
Several years of professional experience
Full-time (5- or 6-day workweek)
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
