To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang:
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for and management of a station
Working with one or more Commis de Rang in a section
Advising and making recommendations to our guests regarding food and beverages
Wine and beverage service
Setting up and overseeing a wide variety of buffets
Mise en place tasks
Serving meals
Breakfast service
