Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated deputy to lead our housekeeping department starting in December:
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations
Taking responsibility in the manager’s absence
Actively participating in the cleaning of guest rooms and common areas
Assisting with staff management, training, and scheduling
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Monitoring and optimizing resource usage (cleaning supplies, hotel linens, etc.)

Requirements
Proficiency in German and English
Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
Experience in the hospitality industry and housekeeping
Ability to work flexibly and independently
Enjoy working with people
An eye for cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail
5-day or 6-day workweek
Experience
3 years of work experience
1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
English A2 (basics)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
