About the role
DescriptionYour Role as People & Management Assistant
You’ll provide organizational support to our executive team and serve as a key point of contact for our staff. You’ll help keep daily office operations running smoothly and assist with HR-related organizational tasks.
You’ll pull everything together behind the scenes and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the day-to-day office routine. You’ll coordinate appointments and emails, prepare meetings and documents, and keep track of pending tasks.
For our team, you’ll organize onboarding, employee housing, and work clothing; keep track of time tracking; and serve as the point of contact for organizational matters.
Together with our marketing team, you’ll also assist with job postings, the careers page, and employer branding. Contractual and labor law issues are not within your scope of responsibility.
