Here's what awaits you on your journey:
Assisting the reception team in welcoming and attending to our guests
Processing reservations and inquiries by phone and email
Creating room cards and managing check-in and check-out processes
Informing guests about our offerings and activities at the hotel
Assisting with the maintenance and updating of guest and booking data
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards at the reception desk
You'll be bringing:
Interest in the hospitality industry and working with guests
Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
