We are a welcoming company with a strong focus on service, and we place great importance on fostering a warm and friendly work environment and providing professional care for our guests. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a dedicated receptionist (m/f/d) for a year-round position.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Assisting our guests in the front office and reception area
Primarily back-office tasks in the reservations department
Check-in and check-out
Telephone and written correspondence
Processing reservations and inquiries
General administrative tasks
Collaboration with various departments within the company
Maintenance of the booking and POS system
Casablanca reservation program - HNS channel manager
Experience
4 years of work experience
3 years of leadership experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
