Are you interested in starting a diverse apprenticeship in the tourism industry? At NockResort, you’ll receive a solid education as a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant (HGA) —with a clear focus:
During the first 1.5 years of your apprenticeship, your focus will be on the restaurant, where you’ll learn about professional food and beverage service, guest care, and restaurant operations.
After that, you’ll move to the front desk, where you’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, and get to know the heart of hotel operations.

Requirements
What you bring to the table:
Enjoy working with people and have a professional demeanor
An interest in the restaurant and hospitality industries and languages (German and English are a plus)
A willingness to learn, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
1000 € net / month
Credits will be accepted, and housing will be provided for the entire duration of the apprenticeship. Salary based on the collective bargaining agreement or experience.
