What you bring to the table:
Completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry
Work experience in a leadership position
Excellent knowledge of wine; a sommelier qualification is a plus
Organizational skills
Teamwork and Leadership Skills
Creativity and a Spirit of Innovation
Languages: You have a very good command of German and English.
Your responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the food service operations of our restaurants
Ensuring and further developing high standards of service quality
Leadership, training, and motivation of the entire restaurant team
Creating and Monitoring Work Schedules
Planning and implementing marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue
