Do you want to learn how a hotel operates from A to Z while interacting with lots of different people?
Then you’ve come to the right place!
As a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant (m/f/d), you’ll gain insight into many areas of our hotel and, step by step, become a true all-rounder.
Requirements
What to Expect When You Join Us
You’ll get to know different areas of our hotel
You’ll assist at the front desk and with guest services
You’ll gain insight into reservations and operations
You’ll learn about the service workflow
You’ll assist with breakfast and in the restaurant
You’ll gain insight into housekeeping and the hotel’s daily operations
You’ll learn how to organize events and accommodate special guest requests
You’ll work with many different people
And of course, our motto is: Everyone helps everyone!

You don’t have to be a hotel pro yet— that’s what the apprenticeship is for! 😉
We’re looking for someone who:
enjoys working with people
is friendly and open
is curious and likes to try new things
is reliable and motivated
has strong organizational skills
enjoys working as part of a team
enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting to work
If you like variety and don’t want to sit in the same spot all day, this apprenticeship might be just the thing for you!
Language skills
English A2 (basics)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Approx. €1,090 gross (according to the collective bargaining agreement for the first year of apprenticeship)
