The TRAUBE BRAZ Alpen.Spa.Golf.Hotel combines tradition with modern comfort. Our 4-star hotel, with 54 rooms and 116 beds, is located at the entrance to the Klostertal valley.

Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing meals according to our standards
Independently organizing your own workstation in the kitchen
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
Maintaining order in the cold storage area, as well as monitoring and properly storing goods
Working creatively and contributing your own ideas
Responsible handling of food
Compliance with hygiene standards
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Completed culinary training—experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Creativity, dedication, and a strong commitment to quality
Professional expertise and a passion for your work
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2600 € gross / month
40 hours / 5-day workweek — Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a salary above the minimum wage set by the collective bargaining agreement.
