Do you want to offer our guests the highest level of quality and have your own ideas? Perfect! As a sous chef, your responsibilities include supporting and standing in for the head chefs. You’ll create innovative à la carte and half-board dishes. You’ll also coordinate staff schedules and assist with receiving goods and ensuring compliance with our high-quality standards.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Completed training as a chef in fine dining
Comparable professional experience in internationally renowned hotels
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management
Confident communication in German and English
Experience
3 years of work experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
3100 € gross / month
48 hours/6-day workweek. We are, of course, willing to offer higher pay based on performance for candidates with the appropriate qualifications and experience.
