Your Responsibilities
Independent and attentive management of your own restaurant section
Professional service for our guests during breakfast, afternoon snacks, and the 5-course dinner
Expert advice on food, wine, and other beverages
Preparing the restaurant and carrying out daily mise en place tasks
Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar, and restaurant management
Ensuring a smooth service process
What You Should Bring
Completed training in the foodservice industry or substantial experience in upscale service
A passion for working with people and genuine hospitality skills
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and, ideally, wine
A well-groomed, warm, and confident demeanor
Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic
Proficiency in German and English

What we offer

Fixed-term contract
2100 € net / month
Pay is based on the current collective bargaining agreement for the restaurant and hotel industry. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications and experience.
