You’re a storyteller with boundless imagination and a passion for entertaining children. You love creating a world full of fun, creativity, and adventure. Your job isn’t just to organize activities, but to create a magical atmosphere where children can let their imaginations run wild. You are the hero who captivates with exciting stories, develops creative games, and creates unforgettable moments that the young guests will remember for a long time to come.
What to Expect
Supervising children between 3 months and 16 years old
Outdoor and indoor programs tailored to various age groups
Sports programs in our on-site gym or outdoors
Climbing on our in-house Clip'n Climb wall
Visits to partner locations such as SFL attractions, farms, bike parks, etc.
Shared meals with the children in your care during working hours
Cooking classes
Teen programs in the evening
Helping to organize children’s shows
Magic shows, face painting, puppet shows, game nights, &, &, &...

Requirements
What you bring to the table
A warm and friendly demeanor and a passion for delighting our guests, both younger and older children
Completed school or vocational training; career changers are also welcome
Creativity and a passion for sports and games
Reliability & organizational skills
Team spirit
Confident communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Experience
< 1 year of work experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2100 € net / month
Unused vacation days will be paid out at the end of the season. The 13th and 14th months' salaries will be paid on a pro-rata basis at the end of the season.
