The TRAUBE BRAZ Alpen.Spa.Golf.Hotel combines tradition with modern comfort. Our 4-star hotel, with 54 rooms and 116 beds, is located at the entrance to the Klostertal valley.

Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with the preparation and plating of our dishes
Working at various stations in the kitchen
Preparing ingredients for daily service
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
Proper storage and careful handling of food
Compliance with hygiene standards
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Completed culinary training—career starters are welcome
A passion for cooking and an interest in fresh, high-quality products
Willingness to learn and motivation to further develop your skills
A meticulous and reliable work ethic
Team spirit, dedication, and openness to new tasks
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2300 € gross / month
40 hours / 5-day workweek — Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a salary above the minimum wage set by the collective bargaining agreement.
