Description
You’re the friendly face that greets our guests first and makes them feel right at home. At the front desk, you’re the main point of contact—you handle check-in and check-out, answer questions, take reservations on-site, and ensure that everything runs smoothly at the front desk. You keep a cool head even in challenging situations and always find a solution.

Requirements
Your strong communication skills and organizational talent will help you coordinate both guest requests and internal processes effectively. You’ll work closely with the various departments in the hotel to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience.

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2400 € gross / month
Pay is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry—however, we offer an above-average salary that reflects your experience and responsibilities.
