A freshly tidied room might not stand out right away. But a room that hasn't been tidied certainly does.
Every day, our housekeeping staff ensures that the rooms and the hotel are clean, tidy, and ready for our guests.
With a good sense of the big picture—and a crew that works together as one.
THE JOB
Clean rooms. Made beds. And the little details you might not notice right away—but you’ll definitely feel them.
Carefully clean and prepare rooms and suites
Keep public areas such as hallways, the lobby, and the wellness and fitness room clean
Washing, ironing, and sorting laundry
Keep floors and work areas tidy
Reliably Passing On Lost and Found Items

THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.
Housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. What’s more important is an eye for cleanliness, a reliable work ethic, and a willingness to pitch in as a team.
A meticulous and independent work style
An eye for cleanliness and detail
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and hygiene
Good organization in your own workspace
German language skills for communication within the crew and with guests

HERE'S WHAT WE HAVE.
Housing included. Free staff room right in the hotel. With a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and laundry and drying facilities.
3 times a day. 7 days a week. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are free—even on days off.
The mountains right at your doorstep. Ski-in/ski-out in winter. Mountains and hiking trails in summer. With the Warth-Schröcken TeamCard, you can get season passes at a discounted rate.
Fitness & Sauna. Our fitness room is available free of charge when there is space available. The sauna can be used by arrangement.
Every minute counts. Work hours are tracked digitally—clearly and transparently.
Learning is part of the job. During the season, there are training sessions—for example, on wine and beverages.
Vacations at a lower price. With ÖHV Friends, you get at least a 25% discount at more than 100 participating hotels in Austria.
Family visiting? Parents and siblings can stay overnight at a reduced rate, subject to availability.
What else? Some work clothes are provided. In addition, there are 13th and 14th month salaries, as well as a company pension plan.
