DescriptionOur family-run Hotel Ramsi is located in Carinthia’s Gailtal valley, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. With dedication and enthusiasm, we make the vacation dreams of up to 40 guest families come true, offering them unique experiences in nature and treating them to culinary delights. Your apprenticeship with us:
• You’ll receive excellent training in various areas of the kitchen.
• After just three years, you’ll complete your apprenticeship as a junior chef (m/f/d) in an exciting industry with great future opportunities.
• An apprenticeship combined with the Austrian Matura upper-secondary leaving qualification is also possible.

Requirements
What you bring to the table:
• Warmth, openness, and friendliness when interacting with guests and colleagues
• A willingness to learn, the ability to work in a team, and a willingness to help
• Reliability, neatness, and attention to detail
• A passion for working with people
• A good report card from 9th grade
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Come by for a trial day: Before your training really gets started, you’re welcome to come by for a trial day. This way, you can get to know our hotel and our team in advance. You’re also welcome to bring your mom or dad along and stay overnight—you’re all warmly invited.
Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
1050 € gross / month
40 hours per week plus special salary payments. 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,180 gross. 3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,400 gross.
