Requirements
Do you have knowledge of Austrian cuisine and want to meet our guests’ diverse needs and wishes with a keen eye for detail and creative ideas? Do you enjoy working as part of a team with experienced professionals and would like to be part of a successful company? You work in an organized and independent manner and are results-oriented. You source ingredients based on cost-effectiveness, are skilled at cost estimation, are familiar with hygiene guidelines, and are creative in developing menu and buffet suggestions. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal products and ingredients, and have gained experience in upscale dining over the past few years.
