We are currently seeking a motivated junior chef (m/f/d) for our family-run, intimate "pampering and wellness hotel."

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Preparation (mise en place) and cooking of meals at the assigned station.
Plating and garnishing dishes.
Strict adherence to quality, freshness, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing food.
Cleaning the workstation.
Assisting the kitchen team during banquets and in à la carte service.
Responsibilities:
Independently managing the station according to instructions.
Shared responsibility for food costs.
Your Skills
You have completed vocational training in the hospitality/restaurant industry and/or already have some professional experience in a similar position.
You approach your work with joy and passion, just like we do

You have very good German skills and at least intermediate English skills

Cleaning the workstation.

Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Salary based on agreement and qualifications
13th and 14th month’s salary (pro-rated)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2165 € gross / month
The basis is a 5-day workweek/40 hours (LG-F3), as per the collective agreement; higher pay depending on qualifications and experience; number of workdays and weekly hours to be agreed upon
