THIS IS HOW WE PROVIDE SERVICE.
Up to 100 hotel guests. Plus 30 à la carte seats. Breakfast, a 5-course meal, pizza, and à la carte—we offer a wide variety of dining options.
Still, it shouldn’t be complicated. We like clear procedures, good preparation, and service that’s professional but not stiff. We want our guests to feel well taken care of—without scripted lines or a big show. Michelle runs the service together with her deputy. Short lines of communication, clear agreements, and a crew that works together. Because for us, good service works when everyone keeps an eye on their own area—yet still notices when help is needed two tables over.

THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.
Experience in restaurant service is important. Completing a vocational training program is a plus. What matters just as much to us: a passion for hospitality, a good sense of the big picture, and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic.
Good knowledge of German
English for Daily Interaction with Guests
Interest in wine and cuisine
Ability to work independently and reliably

HERE'S WHAT WE HAVE.
Housing included. Free staff room right in the hotel. With a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and laundry and drying facilities.
3 times a day. 7 days a week. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are free—even on days off.
The mountains right at your doorstep. Ski-in/ski-out in winter. Mountains and hiking trails in summer. With the Warth-Schröcken TeamCard, you can get season passes at a discounted rate.
Fitness & Sauna. Our fitness room is available free of charge when there is space. The sauna can be used by arrangement.
Every minute counts. Work hours are tracked digitally—clearly and transparently.
Learning is part of the job. During the season, there are training sessions—for example, on wine and beverages.
Vacations at a lower price. With ÖHV Friends, you get at least a 25% discount at more than 100 participating hotels in Austria.
Family coming to visit? Parents and siblings can stay overnight at a reduced rate, subject to availability.
What else? Some work clothes are provided. In addition, there are 13th and 14th month salaries, as well as a company pension plan.
