Depending on seasonal demand and the time of year, your responsibilities will include:
Mise en place and plating at the station
Responsible management of your area of responsibility
Setting up and staffing buffets
Ideas and input on menu planning
Responsible Food Processing
Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries
Keeping cold storage facilities and warehouses organized
Careful handling of machinery and equipment
Cleanliness in the Workplace
Professional and personal requirements:
Awareness of the importance of a positive guest experience and service quality
Training as a chef or equivalent professional experience
A passion for the culinary arts
Creativity and a focus on solutions
Strong teamwork skills and a high level of commitment
An attitude of appreciation toward food
Excellent knowledge of HACCP guidelines
A strong commitment to quality
Languages: Excellent German skills; English skills are a plus
Good manners and a neat appearance
