To strengthen our team (which includes an experienced sous chef, cook, kitchen assistant, and dishwasher), we are looking for a flexible, resilient, and reliable head chef who is accustomed to leading by example. Requirements
If creativity, enthusiasm, and a love of cooking are your passion, and leading and motivating a dynamic team are your strengths, then you’ve come to the right place! You have completed vocational training as a chef and possess relevant professional and leadership experience, as well as experience in inventory management. A commitment to quality, strong teamwork skills, and organizational talent come naturally to you. You will cook for our 60–70 half-board guests, prepare a small à la carte menu, and handle lunch service for our meal plan subscribers.

German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
What we offer
You will work in a spacious, large kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Performance-based compensation is standard for us; 5 or 6 days a week, as agreed
