About the role

Description
We are looking for motivated service staff to join our team and help our service crew provide guests with food and drinks. We offer varied, challenging work in a dynamic team, performance-related pay, a single room and free meals. You support hotel management and look after guests at the bar. Good spoken German and English, together with knowledge of wine, cocktails and gin variations, are central to the role; the employer also offers training in these areas. Requirements
You have completed relevant training in the upscale hospitality and restaurant industry and have already gained professional experience. You impress with your confident demeanor and positive attitude; you are dedicated, motivated, and flexible, and you keep your cool even during busy periods. If you enjoy your work and want to demonstrate your skills, then our team is the right place for you! A solid knowledge of wine, as well as cocktails and gin variations, should not pose a major challenge for you.

What we offer
The restaurant offers a set menu, à la carte meals and takeaway pizza, with approximately 70 seats. Experience preparing and selling drinks, good guest service and good German are hiring criteria. Pay is above the collective agreement rate, depending on knowledge. A single room and free meals are provided.

Fixed-term contract
2300 € net / month
We are willing to pay a higher salary depending on qualifications and willingness to work overtime. Employees who do not need a room are eligible for a commuter bonus.
