Requirements
You represent our service team and look after the guests in your assigned restaurant section from arrival to departure. Here is what you bring to the role:
Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry (e.g., restaurant specialist) or comparable, multi-year professional experience in upscale service
A confident, warm demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
In-depth knowledge of service procedures and table etiquette, as well as, ideally, experience advising on beverages and wine
Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility for your section—you keep track of everything even on busy days
Enjoyment of leading your team and setting a good example
Good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
Flexibility and the ability to handle pressure, including on weekends and holidays
A well-groomed appearance and a passion for being part of our Wiesenegg family
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

2165 € gross / month
A minimum base salary as specified in the collective bargaining agreement applies to this position. We are willing to pay above the collective bargaining agreement rate depending on the candidate's qualifications.
