DescriptionOur family-run Hotel Ramsi is located in Carinthia’s Gail Valley, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. With dedication and enthusiasm, we make the vacation dreams of up to 40 guest families come true, offering them unique experiences in nature and treating them to culinary delights. Requirements
What you bring to the table:
A passion for working with children and parents
A sense of responsibility
Flexibility and the ability to work well with others
A neat and professional appearance, punctuality, and honesty, as well as a willingness to learn
A love of animals, e.g., for donkey or pony rides
Creativity and musical talent are a plus
Ski instructor and/or swimming instructor training is a plus. We’re happy to support you with your ski instructor training—the company may cover the costs.
Experience with children is a plus
Your responsibilities:
Running the teen/family program
Active indoor and outdoor care for infants and young children aged 6 months to 3 years, children aged 3 to 8, and children aged 9 to 12.
Planning, organizing, and carrying out individual weekly program activities
Cleaning duties at the Ramsi Kids’ Club
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2571 € gross / month
Starting at €1,940 net for experienced professionals (€1,893 for career changers), including collective bargaining wages and a premium pay for a 40-hour, 5-day workweek. Plus vacation allowance and Christmas bonus. Additional pay for extra qualifications. If needed: Contribution toward the cost of a “single room with kitchen/bathroom/toilet” in the new employee housing “Ramsi Lodge”—€120 net per month (including utilities).
