Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Independently managing a station in our kitchen
Preparing and presenting our 5- to 6-course “Gourmet Gams Menu” using regional ingredients and traditionally inspired recipes.
Compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Ordering, inspecting, and properly storing ingredients
Assisting with menu planning and helping to create new dishes
Close collaboration with the entire kitchen team
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
