Together with the head chef and the sous chef, you are the driving force of the kitchen, and you guide apprentices with great skill. What to Expect
Cooking a station as agreed
Assisting with the à la carte service at lunchtime
Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management’s instructions
Assisting with plating during dinner service
Assisting with apprentice training / guiding apprentices at the station

Requirements
What you bring to the table
A warm and friendly demeanor & a passion for delighting our guests, young and old
Completed vocational training and/or relevant professional experience
Strong technical and product knowledge
Passion for your work and creativity
A clean and efficient work style
Team spirit
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Experience
3 years of professional experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2600 € net / month
Unused vacation days will be paid out at the end of the season. The 13th and 14th months' salaries will be paid on a pro-rata basis at the end of the season.
