Situated in Kirchberg’s sunniest spot, with views of the surrounding Brixental mountain landscape and just a stone’s throw from Kitzbühel—whose ski area is second to none—we delight our guests every day with authentic Tyrolean hospitality. We offer 116 rooms and suites, a newly redesigned 3,200 m² spa area featuring a fitness room, indoor pool (7x17 m), a diverse sauna area, and spacious relaxation zones. Our restaurant, with its panoramic windows, two dining rooms, and bar, enchants our guests anew every day with traditional and international cuisine, with a focus on regional products. Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES … • Checking guests in and out • Handling cash register duties • Providing personalized service and advice to our discerning guests on-site • Back-office administrative and reservation tasks • Various administrative tasks YOUR PROFILE … • Education with a focus on tourism or professional experience in this or a similar position • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written German and English; additional language skills are a plus • Confident and friendly demeanor • Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills • Proficiency with standard Office programs • Experience with the Casablanca hotel management system is a plus
